Ingredients
- 1 cup dried fish
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup red chilli, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup paprika
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup salt
Instructions
- Heat a pan and add the oil.
- Add the dried fish and stir fry for 5 minutes.
- Add the onions, chilli, paprika, lemon juice and salt.
- Stir fry until the onions are translucent.
- Remove from heat and serve.
