Ingredients
- 1 cup rice
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup red chilli, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup paprika
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup salt
Instructions
- Heat a pan and add the oil.
- Add the onions and chilli and fry until golden brown.
- Add the rice and stir well.
- Add the paprika and salt and mix well.
- Add some cooked vegetables like beans, fried potatoes, and dhal curry for more taste and better presentation.
